Event Listing Request Form

Complete the following form to request your event be included in ScrollCrafters Events page. Use this same form to request a change to an existing event listing. Events will remain listed for the duration of the event or removed earlier at the request of the sponsoring group. Cancelled events will remain listed but annotated appropriately.

The form fields are self-explanatory. Those marks with a red * are required fields. Date format must be mm/dd/yyyy. Use the Extra Info box to highlight special guests, special sessions, demonstrations, door prizes, second POC info, etc. Use TAB/Shift TAB to move forward/backward in the form. Please be brief.
